Ask Embla consists of the successful Norweigan songwriter Ina Wroldsen and the talentfull Swedish/Islandic producer Arnthor Birgisson.
Both have developed an impressive tracklist of artists and projects they have worked on; Britney Spears, One Direction, Pussycat Dolls, Carlos Santana, Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpsons, Janet Jackson and many more.
Next to Stargate, Wroldsen is Norway’s biggest ambassador when it comes to the export of Norwegian music.

Ask Embla is a musical collaboration that was magical from the very beginning.
The music is characterized by personal lyrics and arrangements where Ina and Arnthor’s nordic background is clearly evident.
Ina’s unique and amazing voice gives the project depth, and both of them have moved out of their original format and comfort zone to create a vulnerable, but still, powerful expression.

Ask Embla debuted the winter of 2012 with the song ‘Fathers Eyes’. This quickly became a radio favorite, with listings on all the biggest radio channels in Norway. Not long after the release of ‘Fathers Eyes’ was the singles ‘Cry Baby’ and ‘I Fell in Love’ released with good reviews.
